What and where is the STATE OF HAWAII?

I cannot find any reliable business or contact information about the legal-fiction corporation: STATE OF HAWAII online. Can you?

Not that I really expected to, but you would think they would at least try to be consistent in trying to present the illusion of joinder in their fiction. I guess it is the nature of fiction to careen out of control in all directions, kind of like a BIG BANG. It is only love of God that can overcome this tendency of human wills to depart from Truth, while love of money and power leads to chaos and war. War means confusion, and that has certainly been going on in Hawaii for generations, despite the inherent sovereignty of our people here, without reference to race or geographical issues.

There are lots of pretenders using fraudulent conveyance of the language to immitate a purported de facto state. I have lived on Hawaii Island in the Hawaii Archipelago for 16 years and have never seen STATE OF HAWAII. It is hard to see fictitious entities. They are like demons, hiding in darkness and shadow. Their name is truly LEGION, and like the Roman Legions, they rule by Roman Law (now called Admiralty Law, the law of the Sea, which is for ships: vessels of war and commerce) by employing living men and women, as agents for spreading misinformation, force, intimidation, and fear. F.E.A.R. = False Evidence Appearing Real.

This site claims to represent a Government in the State of Hawaii, which is quite different in the Law from the STATE OF HAWAII. This difference constitutes fraud. Whoever these people are, they have usurped a seal of the STATE OF HAWAII. They have links to Hawaii's Laws. I wonder if these are similar to the laws of the STATE OF HAWAII, but I can't seem to find those to check. The link that purports to go to a Hawaii State Constitution instead takes one to THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF HAWAII. Shoot, if names, words and grammatical construction of language don't mean anything to the highly educated gangsters, what does? Self-interest?

Office of the Governor [Not OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR]: of the STATE OF HAWAI'I. That looks close to STATE OF HAWAII, but is not the same. Is it a mistake? The seal displayed shows STATE OF HAWAII. Why is a different entity, in a similar guise, using this seal?

Courts: Claims to be the Hawai'i State Judiciary: Is there a Constitution of this Hawai'i State? Who is party to it? They sure seem to be doing a good amount of business...but is it tort? racketeering?

RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS
Section 2. All persons [natural vs juridical?] are free by nature and are equal in their inherent and inalienable rights. Among these rights are the enjoyment of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness [right livelihood], and the acquiring and possessing of property. DUE PROCESS AND EQUAL PROTECTION

SEARCHES, SEIZURES AND INVASION OF PRIVACY

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable searches, seizures and invasions of privacy shall not be violated; and no warrants shall issue but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized or the communications sought to be intercepted. ARTICLE VII: TAXATION AND FINANCE

INCOME TAXATION
Section 2. In enacting any law imposing a tax on or measured by income, the legislature may define income by reference to provisions of the laws of the United States as they may be or become effective at any time or from time to time, whether retrospective or prospective in their operation. The legislature may provide that amendments to such laws of the United States shall become the law of the State upon their becoming the law of the United States. The legislature shall in any such law set the rate or rates of such tax. The legislature may in so defining income make exceptions, additions or modifications to any provisions of the laws of the United States so referred to and provide for retrospective exceptions or modifications to those provisions which are retrospective. Section 12. For the purposes of this article:

CODE OF ETHICS

As used in this section, "eligible public officers" means the governor, the lieutenant governor, the members of both houses of the legislature, the members of the board of education, the members of the national guard, State or county employees who possess police powers, district court judges, and all those whose appointment requires the consent of the senate.
