BAR (in the Truth: B.A.R.) is an acronym for British Accredited Registry or British Accredited Regency. Why do American legal professionals belong to an organization with a foreign name? Why are lawyers called esquires despite the Constitutional ban on Titles Of Nobility? source

Attorneys are not really lawyers, as they do not practice law: They are the mercenary paper soldiers of the Crown practicing attornment. British attornment is the feudal ceremony of attorning or turning a property or land over from one lord to another lord, while moving the serfs, tenants or slaves along with the land. In the British class system, atorneys are given the title of nobility of "esquire" which ranks above gentlemen but below knights.

A true lawyer, practicing the timeless principles of the law, promotes free exercise of intelligence, reason, invention, and conscience to provide equal opportunity to liberty and justice for all. The weak should not be oppressed by the strong (origin: Code of Hamurabi), and intelligence, reason, invention, and conscience should not be suppressed by greed of men or government. A lawyer protects commercial rights: a laborer's right to the fruits of the labor, the right to contract, the right to demand responsible specific performance (by the use of distresses), the right to demand payment of a debt and to collect a debt (by liens), and the right to equal protection of the law. While attorneys enforce class structure, lawyers seek the catholic (universal) good of distributism of wealth (not enforced socialism/communism). Attorney and lawyers seek opposite ends, so Attorney-at-Law is an oxymoron, unless, "law" degenerates to the meaning of private/feudal/corporate law.

In 1878 the American legal system came under the control of the BAR ASSOCIATION, a labor union. Courts degenerated into union shops. The union only allows union attorneys to use the public-tax-financed courts. The public is prevented from making full use of the Justice System for which it pays. Taxes are fraudulently used for private union business as a Union Labor Hall or Union Local with Local Rules called the "Local Rules of the Court" which have no demonstrable basis in commercial law, common law, or even un-bonded statutory "law". The Bar Association overthrew the lawful Government of the united States of America and its Constitution for its false British crown, helping establish British Feudalism as the New World Order. A painting in the Smithsonian shows British soldiers boarding a sailing ship with their muskets in an American port after the War of 1812, yet our 'history' books claim the British lost the war. The British succeeded in burning the Library of Congress and its record of the real 13th Amendment which had been ratified by three-fourths of the States prior the War of 1812. This amendment bans titles of nobility such as Esquire, and defines the penalties as loss of citizenship and eligibility for holding elective public office. Thus no BAR member can lawfully hold any public office in the united States, and when they pretend to do so under color of law, their actions are void ab initio.

The original 13th Amendment does not contain any provision for restoring citizenship by renouncing or rescinding a title of nobility. The absence of such language proves, by the principle: expressio unius est exclusio alterius, that it is not possible to restore one's citizenship after accepting a title of nobility. "Once an Esquire, always an Esquire." Thus, if a law school graduate joins the Bar, he forever joins the elite company of "Esquires." (see Black's Law Dictionary, fifth edition). As a resident alien, he is not eligible for election to Congress. Any acts or votes undertaken under color of such a postition, including laws so enacted, are null and void ab initio. As an Illinois State Court ruled, "it never became a law and was as much a nullity as if it had been the act or declaration of an unauthorized assemblage of individuals." (Ryan v. Lynch, 68 Ill. 160) Every session of the House and Senate since 1812 has consisted of Esquires. This means that attrocities like the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917, amended in 1933 in order to define all Americans as enemies of the United States government (research: Dr. Eugene Schroder), the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, the alleged 16th amendment sent to the states for ratification in 1911 (research by Bill Benson and Red Beckman shows the ratification did not succeed anyway), the alleged 17th Amendment (converting election of U.S. Senators to a popular vote) are not and never have been law. With no 17th Amendment there could be no lawful U.S. Senate since 1917, even if none were 'lawyers'. All alleged treaties since then are thus null and void, along with monsters like GATT, NAFTA, the United Nations, Internal Revenue Code and all 50 United States Codes. We have no Congress at least since 1812. Fortunately, we know because the original 13th Amendment still appears in state records that were not burnt in 1812. The official versions of the U.S. Constitution showing a 13th amendment banning titles of nobility, do not show the ban against slavery that later took its place, covering up the real loss of the War of 1812, the second war for independence from England.

Source: The Hawaii State Bar Association (HSBA) was founded in 1899 and incorporated in 1985 [CORPORATION] as a non-profit trade organization under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code.

In November 1989, the Hawaii Supreme Court ordered the creation of a unified bar [Was a unified bar created? This cannot be HSBA which was created in 1899] and designated it as the administrative entity of the unified bar [which must be another entity].
