:Prison:
The Stanford Prison Experiment (1971) puts the world on notice that by its design, the prison system, even starting with good, normal, intelligent, well-meaning people as both guards and inmates, is in its essence an evil, demonic system of ritual abuse. It is wrong. It damages life. It is not corrective, and does not lead to penitence, but rather increased recidivism (re-arrest rate). Recidivism has been documented to decrease 80 to 90% by developing the minds of children in juvenile detention facilities around the States through vision therapy. Reading levels go up several grade levels, and children start applying their intelligence in more constructive and socially acceptable ways.
America has the highest prison population of any nation and the highest rate of incarceration of any nation in the history of the world. Over 2 million Americans have lost their fundamental freedoms, most for 'crimes' that are only crimes because of 'laws' enacted by lawyers and other politicians. In some states, they can not even vote after they complete their penance. God forgives and forgets immediately when we are penitent. Historically in the Law, a true crime does not even exist until their is an injured party who comes forth and files a claim against the one who caused of the damage. The accused has the right to confront and question his accuser face to face. All laws that break this venerable tradition make criminals out of innocent victims of the law. They also make lawyers rich. The law has become a racket along with government, banking, and big business, like the military complex or big pharma. America has over 35 million statutes, which you are responsible for obeying because ignorance of the law is no excuse. No living person has or can even read these laws, let alone understand them. The Law in the Truth is: Love: God with your whole-heart, and Love: Man as your God: Loves: You. Amen. Amen. Amen.
Average federal sentences in 1990 for the following offenses were:
Drug offenses-6.5 years (for the lack of any offense
by the Law in the Truth and History with the lack of the Damage with a Claimant-Party)
Sex offenses-5.8 years
Racketeering-5 years
Extortion-5 years
Manslaughter-3.6 years
Assault-3.2 years

America's most thriving economy after General Motors is the Prison Industry. In fact, prisons are now America’s 35th largest state, with more people than Nevada, West Virginia, New Mexico, Nebraska, Maine, Idaho, New Hampshire, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Montana, Delaware, South Dakota, North Dakota, Alaska, Vermont, or Wyoming. The Sentencing project shows that crime rates are declining since 1990, yet the prison population has risen by 49% during the same period. 899,000 African Americans are incarcerated today compared to 98,000 in 1954, the year of the Brown v. Board of Education decision. This is 900% more blacks in prison, while the black population has only increased 100%. The huge financial windfall to the ‘justice’ industry is almost all due to punitive and racist laws that criminalize behavior considered minor in other countries and historically non-criminal in true Law. Among these are non-violent drug offenses, and the notorious three strikes laws. The sentencing project shows that in California the third "strike" of 57% is for a non-violent offense.
For committing a juvenile burglary in 1981, an adult robbery in 1987, and then trying to take the written portion of a driver's license test for his illiterate cousin, Santo Reyes is now sentenced to 26 years to life. The more prisons we build, the more people must be thrown in to keep them overflowing, as empty beds mean 'lost revenue' in the Prison Industry.
