"What is the Truth?" -Pontius: Pilatus

In 1988 :David-Wynn: Miller developed a mathematical framework for correcting inherent errors built into our use of language. For the first time in modern history, his style of writing mathematically certifies language front-wards and backwards, as well as between all languages without any loss of meaning.

The subject of a sentence or the subject matter of a constitution, law, treaty, trust or contract must be a noun, and law must be in real-time. In truth, as in math, there is one correct way, with no room for differences of opinion or interpretation.

Words have meanings. Some words have as many as 25 different definitions. Each sentence is composed of many such words.

A given document is either true or false, fact or fiction. Prose and poetry are fine for communicating ideas where an exact correspondence of meaning is not required. There is room for interpretation in art and literature. In law and science, however, precision is paramount.

What are the specific criteria a document must meet to be in the truth?

~1. A sentence of the truth must have a minimum of two prepositional phrases, then a verb (is or are), followed by at least two more prepositional phrases. This makes a minimum of 13 words, which is a particularly spiritual number, being the number of the Apostles with Christ, or the traditional Cabinet of 12 Ministers around the King. This is the number of governance.

~2. A prepositional phrase of the truth is composed of a preposition, an article, and a noun in that order. The prepositional phrase is the castle that guards the state of the noun.

~3. A sentence of the truth is in now-time (real-time).

~4. Only positive contract qualifies for the truth.

~5. Only words with a single, unambiguous meaning qualify for the truth. Each sentence must be a simple statement, which means there can only be one possible meaning.

~6. Any words with multiple possible meanings must be clearly defined within the document.

~7. A constitution is a contract, and the terms of the constitution must be defined within the contract for the truth.

~8. All relevant laws must be defined in the truth within the document.

~9. All abbreviations used in the document must be defined within the document.

Other elements immediately qualify a statement as fiction and may not be used in a document of the truth.

~1. Past-tense no longer applies now, which is when we are concerned about in the truth.

~2. Future-tense does not apply yet, and never will in the truth.

~3. Prefixes modify the meaning of the root of the word. Modification is change which is motion which is verb, which does not qualify as subject matter.

~4. Suffixes modify the meaning of the root of the word. Modification is change which is motion which is verb, which does not qualify as subject matter.

~5. Adverbs modify the meaning of the following and/or preceding word. Modification is change which is motion which is verb, which does not qualify as subject matter.

~6. Adjectives modify the meaning of the following word. Modification is change which is motion which is verb, which does not qualify as subject matter.

~7. Pronouns have multiple possible references and therefore multiple meanings. Since they are not specific, to get meaning you are forced to make a presumption or assumption, which cannot qualify for the truth.

~8. Negative contract does not qualify for law in the truth.

A treaty between two countries with even slightly different languages is only as good as the translation of the meaning between those languages. Only language in the truth retains 100% of the meaning between all languages.

A noun is a person, place or a thing, an absolute fact. We modify our nouns in verbal and common written language because of the lack of essential procedures to secure an accurate and precise conveyance of meaning.

There are many ways to destroy a noun, turning it into a verb, an adjective, a pronoun or an adverb. There is only one way to absolutely secure a noun, and that is by a preposition and an article in sequence before the noun.

:Modifiers:

The most common modifier is the adverb, which will modify a verb, noun, adjective, adverb, preposition or article. An adjective will only modify a noun.

:David-Wynn: Miller has created a numerical-cipher for the correction of documents. This procedure applies a number value to each word to code for the part of speech. A document in the truth will have a sequence like 5,6,7,5,6,7,2,5,6,7,5,6,7 for each sentence. Any combination that is not in the truth is easily identified, showing the fraudulent modification of the language on the document.

Prepositions are an assignment of authority, specifying time and place as here and now for the truth or some other time and place in fiction. An article is the word that specifically commands the subject matter. The 1.6 million words of the English language are in fact all nouns, since they are themselves things, so any word used after a preposition and article is commanded to be a noun. Contemplate, for example, the sentence:

The the is for the the.

In this six word sentence, the word the is used in four different parts of speech: adverb, verb, article and noun.

Many prepositions cannot be used in the truth because they would place the noun in space/time somewhere other than here and now, which is the only localization with joinder with the truth. "to" is future tense or somewhere ahead and "from" is past tense or somewhere behind. Thus we cannot in the truth use: To, From, Above, Below. We can use: For, By, Of, Against, With.

All people of the earth who wake up from the matrix of fiction into the truth can choose to become citizens of the Unity-States of our World, a country in which all contracts, treaties, claim of the life (replaces a birth certificate), trusts, laws and our constitution are written in the truth. Geography is not an issue for citizens of the U.S.W.

You become a citizen of the U.S.W. with a claim of the life, which is your foundational claim on your own life by your volition as a person with the ability for the reading, writing and speaking in the truth. For the Unity-States of our World are with the Unity of our States as the beings of this World with the ability for the joinder, communication and living in the light of the truth.

For the cost of the citizenship of the Unity-States of our World is as the price of our freedom: eternal-vigilence.

:Law of the Brackets/ Boxing/ Four-Cornering

Government Printing Office Styles Manual 2000

Brackets ([]):

Brackets, in pairs, are used-

8.19. In transcripts, congressional hearings, the Congressional Record, testimony in court-work, etc., to enclose interpolations that are not specifically a part of the original quotation, corrections, explanations, omissions, editorial comments, or a caution that an error is reproduced literally.

8.20. In bills, contracts, laws, etc., to indicate matter that is to be omitted.

Webster's Online Main Entry: bracket Function: transitive verb Date: circa 1847

1 a : to place within or as if within brackets (editorial comments are bracketed) (news stories bracketed by commercials)

b : to eliminate from consideration (bracket off politics)

c : to extend around so as to encompass or include (e.g. "test pressures... which bracket virtually the entire range of passenger-car tire pressures" -- Consumer Reports)

:Punctuation:

A full-colon (:) stands for a prepositional phrase, which certifies a noun. If you place a noun next to another noun the first noun becomes an adjective [~3 description/opinion/modifier] modifying the second into a pronoun [~4 description/opinion/modifier].

Wrong Glen (3) Martin (3) Swartwout (4)

Right :Glen-Martin: Swartwout (all 5's)

This says For the Glen-Martin of the Swartwout family, or backwards Of the Swartwout family for the Glen-Martin. The correctness of the use of a colon between the given names and the family name is certified in the field of geneology.

Double-Colon (::):

8.33. In double colon as ratio sign.1:2::3:6 (Government Printing Office Styles Manual 2000) Thus the double-colon shows a higher order of relationship than a single colon. Thus, I also use a triple colon for a divine level of relationship, since anything in Threes is of the highest order (in Hebrew which used only repetition for superlatives, such as: holy = holy; holy, holy = holier; and holy, holy, holy = holiest).

Hyphen (-):

A hyphen (-) is used to create a compound noun to prevent the first noun from modifying the second.

A tilde (~) is used for all numbers that are locations rather than mathematical quantities. Locations cannot be meaningfully added, subtracted, multiplied or divided, while quantities can. For example we could label a code of law in the truth: Title~42: U.S.C.: Section~1986.
