Cal-Mag Citrate (effervescent powder) provides effervescent qualities (bubbling as it goes into solution) coupled with a high dissociation constant to make the minerals ionic and therefore highly absorbable. The magnesium as well as the citric acid, help inhibit calcium oxalate crystallization.
