The 5 Phases of Health:

Phase 5 deals with externally-oriented life stresses.

Phase 4 represents penetration of toxic or irritant stresses into the body's connective tissues that surround and nourish every cell.

Phase 3 occurs with the blockage of the cell membrane.

Phase 2 represents penetration of toxins into the cellular mileau, which more rapidly deteriorates function, a process we call aging and disease.

In Phase 1, the mitochondrial energy source is affected resulting in inefficient metabolism, on top of already inefficient processes of cellular nutrition and elimination.

There are also 5 embryological tissue layers that produce the 5 body systems.

System 5 is the most superficial tissue, the skin and the mucous membranes of the body orifaces, including the sinuses.

System 4 is the neuroendocrine or communication system, which develops from the neural tube, an infolding of the integument.

System 3 is the processing system, or digestive tract and associated exocrine glands, such as the liver and pancreas

System 2 contains all the connective tissues, bones, joints, immune, lymph, blood and cardiovascular system that supports the function and health of each cell as well as structural needs of the whole body.

System 1 is the deepest system, containing both the striated muscles and the urogenital system.
