Trusts

A Pure Trust is an unincorporated form of business organization which has many tax, legal, privacy and liability advantages over other forms of business organizations. Plato is said to have funded his University with a Trust.

Today, many businesses utilize the Trust form of organization, from American Express to Hawaii's largest landowner, Bishop Estate. Families such as the Rockefellers and Kennedy's have long know the advantages of trusts and are thought to have hundreds in effect. If you want to play on a level playing field with the rich and famous, we can certainly say, 'don't leave home without one!' In fact, even a home, as well as businesses, vehicles and other assets may be better protected from liability, taxes and other risks in a pure trust organization than in any other venue. Because a properly designed Pure Trust is a contract, it is fully protected under the Constitution.

Many court cases have upheld the integrity of this form of business, the earliest challenge having been the 'Dartmouth College Case' presented before the Supreme Court by Daniel Webster, a graduate of Dartmouth College. The state of New Hampshire was attempting to annex land given to the College in the form of a Trust known as the Dartmouth College Grant by the King of England. Since the Constitution specifically states that the government cannot impair the obligations of contract, it upheld the integrity of the Trust despite the wishes of the State to break that trust agreement. By the way, it was during the Dartmouth College case that Daniel Webster delivered his famous line about his Ivy League alma mater, 'It is a small college, but there are those who love it!' Several members of the family infamous for its use of trusts, the Rockefeller family, including former Vice President Nelson Rockefeller.

Due to the tremendous degree of privacy attainable with this type of contractual agreement, however, there is little information of public record to provide any statistics. The Great American Tax Deception

The I.R.S. system was 'simplified' in 1986, and has since been changed 4 times. What could be simpler? And of course, there are a mere 4,000 pages of forms and instructions. Most of this is written as 'code' which has not ever been enacted as law, and if it were would be null and void as it would violate the Constitution of the united States of America.

Americans spend $30 Billion every year on tax accountants and tax advisors. We spend 5 Billion hours every year figuring out taxes. But don't feel too bad if your numbers don't balance in the end...according to government studies, the IRS can't balance its own books either. For such inefficiency, $200 Billion of our tax money is spent just to collect $700 Billion in taxes. This pays for 115,000 I.R.S. agents who, according to the statement prominently displayed on the front cover of their training manual the I.R.S. Agent's Handbook, have the mission of 'stimulating voluntary compliance.' Apparently fear and harrassment are considered among the most effective ways to stimulate Americans to volunteer their self-assessments and volunteer to sign away their 5th amendment rights with their tax returns. Yet, there are now 10,000,000 Americans who no longer file a tax return, with about a million more each year joining this number. Why? Have they discovered that is truly is 'voluntary,' as even one of the I.R.S.'s top executives testified before congress under oath?

Personal Property Endangered

Confiscation of personal property in America by various 'government' and pseudo-government organizations under color of law is increasing at an alarming rate. Over 50,000 Americans are affected each year. And if the present rate of increase continues unabated, it has been calculated that there would actually be no more private property in America by the year 2010. In most cases, property is confiscated with no charges filed and no intention of ever returning the property to the rightful owners. It is then auctioned off by the government and the agents responsible for these unlawful seizures are actually encouraged with large cash rewards for their actions.

An Increase in Crime?

60% of 'criminals' in prison today would not have been 'criminals' under the laws of any other century. Historically, criminal law involved the endangerment of another's life, liberty or property. Not until the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) blurred the line between the criminal code and civil code was it possible for big brother to convict and incarcerate Americans simply for violating arbitrary rules without respect to any direct threat of infringement upon another Citizen's rights. Today, with such rules being passed faster than any individual can possibly even read them, such as GATT's 40,000 pages, which no individual in Congress read completely before voting it into law, virtually everyone is at risk of being in violation of one or perhaps hundreds of rules. We are thus all 'criminals' merely at the mercy of big brother's arbitrary enforcement actions. The purpose is to maintain control through fear. Remember, however, that F.E.A.R. stands for False Evidence Appearing Real. In reality, there is nothing to fear, except him who can take you body and soul into Hell. Keep your eyes on the goal of Heaven, and you will fear no evil. Besides, in the great spiritual battle being waged on this planet today, we have a major advantage...We know who wins!
