Minimizing risk:

  1. Frequency affects risk: always test each frequency before use (e.g. Biofield with irradiated/potentized vials)
  2. Minimize duration
  3. Minimize power level
  4. Minimize cumulative effects of repetition
  5. AC safer. DC (or DC offset AC) can cause electrolysis burn at skin contact increasing with duration and current
  6. Combining different frequencies may introduce additive or synergistic benefit or harm
  7. Instrumentation differences, e.g. independent monitoring of frequency output by a separate circuit to know you are actually doing what you are asking the instrument to do.
  8. Health status is a significant factor. If we are dying with an illness and a frequency actually helps with the disease then benefits may outweigh risk factors. If we are fairly healthy and start treating headaches with EMF, we may do more harm than good. Use good judgement and common sense. Exposure to EMF frequencies is always a risk, and one our culuture already exposes us to constantly.

Rules of thumb:

  1. Minimise exposure. Test for completion with each frequency during each session
  2. Avoid exposing young children, pregnant women and people with pacemakers
  3. Use the lowest effective power. Test the power level setting for each frequency at each session
  4. Use only the effective frequencies, and minimize the number of frequencies. Test each frequency at each session
  5. Use the simplest effective waveform, i.e. minimize harmonics unless essential to the mode of operation of the instrument.
  6. Use frequency devices on yourself only and only with full understanding of potential risks and with full informed consent.
  7. Consider others. If using a plasma tube device (e.g. Rife Bare) that emits large fields, seek other family members' and close neighbours' consent for scheduling use of equipment so they can avoid exposure.
  8. Never pretend you know something. Do not say that an instrument is unconditionally safe just because you have not experienced harm.
  9. Do your own research. Keep a good data log or observation journal. Look up independent scientific papers on frequency/electrical effects and keep informed of current thinking in the field. Be critical rather than skeptical. Understand information before accepting it. Test all spirits.
  10. Check claims using logic and common sense. Ask who benefits. A manufacturer will tend to say his instrument is the best and is completely safe.
  11. Base decisions on facts and observations rather than theories and opinions.

This list is a compilation of research carried out by 1.) Rife and his associates (some of which dates back 68 years). 2.) R & A systems, which has been selling a Rife Generator for years and 3.) the Rife Society, which sells an advanced unit and who has contributed the majority of the following informaiton via feedback from its customers. Frequencies with a single star in front of them are still under research confirmation from reference number 2 (R & R Systems). Frequencies with a pound sign (#) in front of them have been confirmed by at least two of the foregoing groups. Frequencies that are underline have been confirmed by a substantial number of researchers using the Rife Society unit. Those frequencies with double-underline show significant effect almost immediately.

It is recommended that a group of three or four frequencies from a list for a particular ailment be tried first, then another group, etc. so as to ascertain which ones are most directly applicable to the individual case being treated, if tere are a significant number of frequencies listed. Further information will be found in the accompanying pages. Please read all of it.

The most rapid response to microbes occurs with the following frequencies and aleaviation of symptoms can occur from one to six hours after even the first treatment. These are, in order of importance: 880, 787, 727, 1550 + 802 or 1550 + 800, 776, 150, 832, 760, 690 + 666 (in conjucnction with 727), 650 + 625 + 600, 465, 444 + 1865, 522 + 146, 20.

Opportunisitc infections (occuring when immune system defenses are weakest) are best treated with the following frequencies in order of importance: 2487 + 465, 3040, 9.5, 2720, 2170.

The research seems to indicate that the following frquencies work well together and if one is called for using all of the particular sequence may be more beneficial. 2489 + 465, 1550 + 802 or 800, 880 + 787 + 727 + 690 + 666, 650 + 625 + 600, 444 +1865, 125 + 95 + 72, 522 + 146.

Keep in mind that no healing can occur without proper drainage. That means a minimum of 8 glasses of pure water a day. A high fiber diet may be sugested in many cases and RAW FOODS - ORGANIC - (salads, fruits, raw nuts), total elimination of fried foods in oil (chips, etc.), Ghee or olive oil are the only recommended oils for cooking, when necessary. Moderate exercise, if possible (walking, dancing, swimming, etc.), is highly recommended on a daily basis.
