:Governance: De-Jure = of the law
of the Republic/Kingdom: lawful-governance "I am not a friend to a very
energetic government. It is always oppressive." "History records that the
money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit, and
violent means possible to maintain their control over governments
by controlling the money and its issuance." "I consider the foundation
of the Constitution as laid on this ground; That "all powers
not delegated to the United States, by the Constitution, nor prohibited
by it to the States, are reserved to the States or to the people."
"...And to preserve their
independence, we must not let our rulers load us with perpetual debt.
We must make our election between economy and liberty or profusion
and servitude. If we run into such debts as that we must be taxed
in our meat and in our drink, in our necessaries and our comforts,
in our labors and our amusements, for our callings and our creeds,
as the people of England are, our people, like them, must come to
labor sixteen hours in the twenty-four, and give the earnings of fifteen
of these to the government for their debts and daily expenses; and
the sixteenth being insufficient to afford us bread, we must live,
as they now do, on oatmeal and potatoes; have not time to think, no
means of calling the mis-manager's to account; but be glad to obtain
subsistence by hiring ourselves to rivet their chains on the necks
of our fellow sufferers..." "Next to revenue (taxes) itself, the late extensions of the jurisdiction of the admiralty are our greatest grievance. The American Courts of Admiralty seem to be forming by degrees into a system that is to overturn our Constitution and to deprive us of our best inheritance, the laws of the land. It would be thought in England a dangerous innovation if the trial, of any matter on land was given to the admiralty." John Adams in Jackson v. Magnolia, 20 How. 296 315, 342 (U.S. 1852) "How does it become a man to behave toward the American government today? I answer that he cannot without disgrace be associated with it." Henry David Thoreau "It is not the function of our government to keep the citizen from falling into error; it is the function of the citizen to keep the government from falling into error." Justice Robert H. Jackson "Knowledge will forever govern ignorance, and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives." James Madison God has supplied each of us with the freedom of governance. There are infinite possibilities for governance, yet all but two are founded in fiction. Satan could only offer Christ all the Kingdoms of the world, because they are his to give. They exist only in the smoke and mirrors of the spiritual realm of ideas and imagiNations. The real choice of governance is between God and Man. Whether man delegates his rule to another man, other men, a demon, or a demonocracy, the source of the God-given power of governance is the self-same self. Union or separation; Heaven or hell: When we choose the path of service rather than wanting to be self-serving, we find the actualization and fulfillment of the self. The moment we choose to offer
our selves wholly to God's divine Will, we are beginning with acceptance
of His divine Plan and the Truth of all that is, just as it is so
at this very moment in His Time. "You need only reflect that one of the best ways to get yourself a reputation as a dangerous citizen these days is to go about repeating the very phrases which our founding fathers used in their struggle for independence." - Charles A. Beard "The individual may stand upon his constitutional rights as a citizen. He is entitled to carry on his private business in his own way. His power to contract is unlimited. He owes no such duty [to submit his books and papers for an examination] to the State, since he receives nothing therefrom, beyond the protection of his life and property. His rights are such as existed by the law of the land [Common Law] long antecedent to the organization of the State, and can only be taken from him by due process of law, and in accordance with the Constitution. Among his rights are a refusal to incriminate himself, and the immunity of himself and his property from arrest or seizure except under a warrant of the law. He owes nothing to the public so long as he does not trespass upon their rights." Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43 at 47 (1905). "...at the Revolution, the
sovereignty devolved on the people; and they are truly the sovereigns
of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects... with none
to govern but themselves; the citizens of America are equal as fellow
citizens, and as joint tenants in the sovereignty." Men and nations may refuse obedience to Christ, but they cannot withhold it from Him. They can violate His law, but they must fulfil His purposes. They all involuntarily serve Him. The Father hath said unto Him, "Rule thou in the midst of thine enemies" ( Ps. 110:2 ). "For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet" (1 Cor. 15:25 ). The usurper and the warrior are His servants. The wicked is the rod of His indignation. With this He can punish and correct; afterwards He can burn it in the fire. Messiah, Governor of the Nations of the Earth See: |
