No man can serve two masters. (Matthew 6:24) We live in obedience to the teachings of Jesus Christ. We are Christ's ambassadors and citizens of Heaven, called out of the world to preach Heaven's message (2 Corinthians 5:20, Philippians 3:20 and 2 Corinthians 6:17).

Ancient scriptures say that the Kingdom of Heaven is coming someday. The new testament proclaims that the Kingdom has arrived. Jesus didn't just bring us a religion, but also a nationality. (John 1:12,13)

The Kingdom of Heaven is here now. Come out of the kingdoms of this world and be born in spirit into the Kingdom of Heaven on earth as it is in Heaven.

"Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy Name,
Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done,
On Earth as it is in Heaven." (: Prayer of Our Lord: King of all Creation)

What is "it"? "It" is the Doing of the Divine-Will. "It" is the Bread of Heaven, the Food and Drink of God's Angels and Saints, at the Feast of the Lamb. "It" is the Earth, as well, for Earth is in Heaven. All Saints are in Heaven on Earth, and we are all called to be Saints. We can only try and succeed in Living this profound Reality.

Passport

When Christ calls His citizens to travel in foreign countries, including the United States, the proper Passport Authority is Christ's own Body, the Church. (Ephesians 1:22, 23) The Passport itself is compelling evidence that the bearer loves Jesus Christ too much to deny his citizenship in Heaven for the sake of traveling more expediently with a passport from a government of the world.

The Kingdom of Heaven Passport ties us directly to the Great Commission, "Go into all nations." (Matthew 28:19) The purpose of the Kingdom of Heaven Passport is to proclaim to all the kingdoms of the world that Jesus Christ is Lord and Him alone. (Isaiah 37:20)

We are citizens of Heaven, and fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God. (Philippians 3:20; Ephesians 2:19)

We are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God. (2 Corinthians 5:20)

We are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people. (1 Peter 2:9) Jesus said to His apostles, "I bestow upon you a kingdom, just as My Father bestowed one upon Me." (Luke 22:29)

:Keys of the Kingdom

You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets." (Matthew 22:37-40) This is the supreme law of the land.

The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel. (Mark 1:15)

Jesus commanded His followers saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Matthew 28:18-20 )

The earth is the Lord's and all its fullness. "I am God, your God! Every beast of the forest is Mine, and the cattle on a thousand hills. I know all the birds of the mountains, and the wild beasts of the field are Mine. If I were hungry, I would not tell you; for the world is Mine, and all its fullness." (1 Corinthians 10:26; Psalm 50:7,10-12) All highways belong to God.

Jesus Christ said, "Whoever receives one of these little children in My name receives Me; and whoever receives Me, receives not Me but Him who sent Me. Whoever gives you a cup of water to drink in My name, because you belong to Christ, assuredly, I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward." (Mark 9:37,41)

Jesus Christ said, "Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea." (Mark 9:42)

Jesus Christ said, "Whatever city you enter, and they do not receive you, go out into its streets and say, 'The very dust of your city which clings to us we wipe off against you. Nevertheless know this, that the kingdom of God has come near you.' But I say to you that it will be more tolerable in that Day for Sodom than for that city. He who hears you hears Me, he who rejects you rejects Me, and he who rejects Me rejects Him who sent Me." (Luke 10:10-12,16)

Since worldly governments did not create the Kingdom of Heaven Passport, they have no authority to decide issues related to its use. This principle was upheld when the United States District Court dismissed charges against a man who displayed a "Kingdom of Israel" passport.

In 1990, Robert James Fox, was arrested in Dallas County, Texas for allegedly pretending to be a foreign diplomat when he was stopped for a traffic violation. Fox displayed a passport from the "Kingdom of Israel." Fox denied being a citizen of any worldly country or having allegiance to any political entity.

Fox was later indicted for possessing a falsely made passport and pretending to be a diplomat. In answering the charges, Fox stated: "I am a native born American and a stranger and sojourner in the land of my birth. I am not now nor have I ever been a citizen of the United States. I created the Kingdom of Israel passport as a travel document and as a means of identifying myself and it is evidence of my declaration of my allegiance to the Creator of the Universe. I deny that the passport is forged, counterfeited or falsely made. It is a genuine Kingdom of Israel passport and I have made no attempt to impersonate myself, I am myself."

The United States District Court dismissed the charges against Fox. The Court found no congressional intent to make a substantive offense related to documents which they called "homemade," and not represented as being issued by any "real government," foreign or otherwise.

"Congress did not intend to criminalize possession of foreign or bogus passports when it amended Section 1546, but rather restricted the criminal sanction to immigration-related documents issued by the United States."

In other words, if the document did not purport to be issued by an officer of the United States, the federal statutes did not apply. (U.S. v. FOX 766 F.Supp. 569 (N.D.Tex. 1991))

We cheat by God's Grace, for he has revealed to us the Great Victory. We have read the end of the book and we know who wins. If All Darkness and Old Sol, our sun, were ever to meet, even on the darkest alley, Victory is assured. And how many stars and gallaxies of stars has God in His Heavenly Reserve?" - iam33.net

We do not expect worldly recognition of God's Kingdom. "The lawyers have rejected God's purpose for themselves, not having been baptized." (Luke 7:30) Everywhere we go, we are in the Kingdom of Heaven. We do not recognize the arbitrary borders of the kingdoms of this world. We do not ask for a visa from any nation, as that would be ask for permission to enter their political State, which is not even real, and leave Heaven, which is everywhere. The Kingdom of Heaven has no physical boundaries. If temporal authorities question you, ask them what the worldly Government interest is in your activities as a member of the body of Christ

The most important thing to do is trust and believe that Our Savior will open a way. One of our citizens traveled with his family by car into Central America. When they were stopped at the United States-Mexican border, they were asked to declare their citizenship. They did not have Kingdom of Heaven Passports, but they told the officer they were citizens of Heaven. The guard said, "Sure, sure, but aren't you living in the United States?" "No. We are living in the Kingdom of Heaven." The guard said, "Just declare you are U.S. citizens and I'll let you through." They refused, and maintained that they were citizens of Heaven. The guard ordered them to pull off to the side of the road.

The man, his wife, and four children stepped out of the car and started joyously singing praises to God. They continued singing about two hours, loud enough so that the border guard could plainly hear. Finally, when there was a quiet time between cars, the officer waved the family through the border.

We are a separated people who are not to be counted among the nations. (Numbers 23:9; 1 Peter 2:9) Since our Passport was not issued by a government of the world, it may be considered by some officials as "irregular." Government officials either honor God and His missionaries, or they do not.

Any form of detention should be viewed as the fulfillment of our Lord's prophecy that you shall be brought before governors and kings for My sake, for a testimony against them and the nations. (Matthew 10:18) At such times, He tells us, "Do not worry about how or what you should speak. For it will be given to you in that hour what you should speak; for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you." (Matthew 10:19,20)

Whatever happens, wherever you go with a Kingdom of Heaven Passport, remember that the Lord will go before you and will be your rear guard. (Isaiah 52:12)

Travel

"You have come to the church of the firstborn who are registered in Heaven." Hebrews 12:23

Many of us hear the call to come out of Babylon. We quit participating with the world system, lest we share in her sins and receive of her plagues (Revelation 18:4).

Christ's Kingdom of Heaven is the only authorized government upon the earth. All governments other than the Church are of the world and are in rebellion to God.

The Kingdom of Heaven Driver License is a declaration of citizenship in Heaven. (Philippians 3:20) It is used as identification wherever a picture I.D. is requested.

Licensing is a claim of sovereign authority by the State. Our sovereign is Jesus Christ. We are called out of the world to serve Jesus Christ and Him alone. Since our citizenship is in Heaven, and our sovereign is Jesus Christ, we must obtain our documents from Christ's government in the Truth, not from any fictitious State made up by man.

All residents of Heaven are granted the privilege of driving upon the highway to preach the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, whether or not documents are issued. (See: Heaven Vehicle Code, Section 5:1).

When we become citizens and residents of God's government, He provides for our every need. He knows we need to travel upon the highways, preaching the gospel of the Kingdom. To travel by automobile, we need proper driving papers. To answer our need, He has authorized the Embassy of Heaven to issue driver licenses, vehicle certificates of title, vehicle registrations and registration plates to all those who claim residency with Christ's Kingdom. Now we need not prostitute ourselves with foreign governments to obtain driving documents. Heaven meets our need.

When asked, show your passport (and driver's license if necessary) and say something like "I am a citizen of Heaven traveling upon the highways in the Kingdom of Heaven, for the purpose of evangelizing, in obedience to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ." Highways are multi-jurisdictional rights of way.

One officer asked our ambassador to pray for him and said, "I have been studying the scriptures and I am coming to the same conclusions. I must come out of the beast system. I will probably be joining you before this is all over."

We normally do not voluntarily make court appearances. If you are cited, you can send the tickets to us. We will cancel them and send the citations back with a letter.

God wants you to be free. Pay dues to whom dues are owed (Romans 13:7). If you are in debt, pay off your loans as soon as possible. Owe no man anything but the continuing debt to love one another (Romans 13:8). Jesus Christ has prepaid all of your debts to redeem you into His holy family. Become a non-resident alien to this world.

The Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the Romans

: Chapter: ~12:

~1. I BESEECH you therefore, brethren, by the mercy of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, pleasing unto God, your reasonable service.

~2. And be not conformed to this world; but be reformed in the newness of your mind, that you may prove what is the good, and the acceptable, and the perfect will of God.

~3. For I say, by the grace that is given me, to all that are among you, not to be more wise than it behoveth to be wise, but to be wise unto sobriety, and according as God hath divided to every one the measure of faith.

~4. For as in one body we have many members, but all the members have not the same office:

~5. So we being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.

~6. And having different gifts, according to the grace that is given us, either prophecy, to be used according to the rule of faith;

~13. Communicating to the necessities of the saints. Pursuing hospitality.

~14. Bless them that persecute you: bless, and curse not.

~15. Rejoice with them that rejoice; weep with them that weep.

~16. Being of one mind one towards another. Not minding high things, but consenting to the humble. Be not wise in your own conceits.

~17. To no man rendering evil for evil. Providing good things, not only in the sight of God, but also in the sight of all men.

~18. If it be possible, as much as is in you, have peace with all men.

~19. Revenge not yourselves, my dearly beloved; but give place unto wrath, for it is written: Revenge is mine, I will repay, saith the Lord.

~20. But if thy enemy be hungry, give him to eat; if he thirst, give him to drink. For, doing this, thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head.

~21. Be not overcome by evil, but overcome evil by good.

~1. Let every soul be subject to higher powers: for there is no power but from God: and those that are, are ordained of God.

~4. For he is God's minister to thee, for good. But if thou do that which is evil, fear: for he beareth not the sword in vain. For he is God's minister: an avenger to execute wrath upon him that doth evil.

(diakonos: servant, Greek root of deacon, see: 1 Timothy 3:8; Philippians 1:1)

(machaira: sword, Greek. Strong's Concordance: "A knife or dirk; figuratively - war, judicial punishment; a sword." e.g.:

• Ephesians 6:17, "And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God."
• Hebrews 4:12, "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
• Acts 5: Ananias and Sapphira are struck dead by the sword of the Spirit coming out of Peter's mouth.
• Acts 13:11: Paul executes judgment upon Elymas the sorcerer, as the sword of the Spirit speaking through Paul blinds the man.)

~5. Wherefore be subject of necessity, not only for wrath, but also for conscience' sake.

~6. For therefore also you pay tribute. For they are the ministers of God, serving unto this purpose.

(foros: God made everything and it belongs to Him. Many of the early Christians gave everything to the Church. e.g.

• "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's and give to God what is God's."
• "All the silver and all the gold is mine, saith the Lord of Hosts.")

~7. Render therefore to all men their dues. Tribute, to whom tribute is due: custom, to whom custom: fear, to whom fear: honour, to whom honour.

~8. Owe no man any thing, but to love one another. For he that loveth his neighbour, hath fulfilled the law.

: Crimes of the Military-Police-State in the Gospels of the New-Testament:

• Massacre of the children (Matthew 2:16).
• Execution of John the Baptist (Matthew 14:10).
• Slaughter of the Galileans (Luke 13:1).
• Arrest of Jesus (Matthew 26:50).
• Striking of Jesus by an officer (John 18:22).
• Mocking of Jesus: dressing Him in scarlet robe and crown of thorns, spitting and striking Him on the Head (Matthew 27:28-30).
• Crucifixion (Matthew 27:35-37).

Most of these crimes were committed by the police on the orders of the king, the governor, or the Sanhedrin. We are responsible to say no when we are ordered to do wrong. We are responsible to stop and correct errors when we become aware of them. Avoiding this responsibility makes us culpable of criminal negligence.

: Police-State-Crimes in the Book of Acts:

• Double imprisonment of the apostles (Acts 4:3; 5:26).
• Scourging without definite offense being charged against them (Acts 5:40).
• Beheading of James and arbitrary arrest of Peter (Acts 12:2-3).
• Scourging, without judgment, of Paul and Silas (Acts 16:19-24).
• Beating of Paul (Acts 21:32).
• Binding of Paul so that he could be examined by scourging (Acts 22:24).

• imprisonment with no time limit and without charge
• kidnapping and extorsion of a ransom
• rape (use of force against a weaker party)
• apartheid through differential treatment by blood quanta
• genocide by pollution, radiation, GMOs, water treatment, vaccination, drugs, and surgery
