My personal observations during the initial time taking Nouss-Ade are:

From first dose, bowel function improved to 3 bowel movements a day.

From day 2, morning swelling and irritation around hiatal hernia areas reduced by 90%. If I miss a few doses, it comes back.

From about day 4, I noticed a smile coming across my face in the morning as soon as I realized I was awake. This new joy in life also showed up in spontaneous singing around the house.
