If the Question is specific, the answer is simple. In muscle testing, there is a stress-response or not, a 0-1, yes-no, yin-yang answer. The body does not lie, as the ego often will. The body is hardwired into the matrix of the akashic records, eternal truths and the self-aware universe.

Utilizing this dialectical protocol, Hawkins set up parameters to measure emotional-mental-spiritual states/thoughts from 0-1000. 200 is the line which divides a strong muscle response from weak muscle response when asked any preliminary question.

Strong muscle = yes, postitive, anabolic, promoting life, >200.
Weak muscle = no, negative, catabolic, <200.

Any thought can be measured more specifically by asking more specific questions, such as "Does fear measure on this 0-1000 point scale between 100 and 150?" Yes or No.

100: fear: qi/energy: log 10 to the -750 millionth power microwatts.
<200: shame, guilt, apathy, grief, desire, anger, pride (85% of people)
200: courage
>200 willingness, acceptance
400: reason, wisdom
500: unconditional love, joy: log 10 to the -35 millionth power microwatts.
600: perfect peace
700 - enlightenment, which is ineffable.

Quality is more important than quantity and the kingdom being within, one can create positive change just by being oneself - unselfish, wise, unconditionally loving. Just being in this state of thinking and acting will send visible and invisible waves of light to the rest of the universe.

One individual at level 500 (unconditional love) counterbalances 750,000 individuals. One individual at 700 (enlightenment) counterbalances 70 million individuals below 200. And one avatar in an epoch, such as Christ-Buddha-Krishna (all at 1000), can save all of mankind from self-destruction.

The average christian practice is 498, resonating with unconditional love, the middle path. Mystic christianity such as Meister Eckhart calibrates at 600: perfect peace. Buddhists currently hold the highest average vibration as a religious practice; hinayana and zen both at 890, mahayana (which incorporates teachings of Christ) measured at 960/1000.
