Receiving service of paperwork:

• For the place of a 'signature' authorize: Non-Assumpsit
• Bracket any information or signature given under TDC
• All rights reserved
• Have server sign an oath in the truth: who they are, position, oath of office on file, bond on file, governmental authority under law of nations to operate in the Kingdom of Hawaii, etcetera
• Serve contract for the use of trade name (copy of commonlaw Copyright publication: always carry one)
• Ask: "Are you a living human being" Three times. See: Golem.

• Do not serve your own papers.
• Server should be at least 18 years old and not involved in the case
• Server fills out a Proof of the Service form telling what they served to whom.
• The server may appear in court as a witness.
• Companies serve papers for a fee.
• The Sheriff's Office can serve papers for you. The Sheriff's Office charges money unless the court waived the fee. They are a corporation as well.
