Biological Score Index (BSI) and Regulation Test

Set #2 provides potencies of mesenchyme to evaluate stress resonance in the connective tissue which surrounds every cell in the body. It is therefore a completely general indicator which is extremely useful for control of testing and therapy.

Ampules that react (a lowered Vegatest reading, imbalanced EAV reading or a weak muscle response) are recorded as the Biological Score Index (BSI) in the form:

Highest Score Reacting x Total Number of Ampules Reacting

For example, if ampules 17, 15 and 13 react, the score would be recorded as 17 x (read "times") 3. Several ampules are included in this test set as a short-cut to testing all 21 ampules to determine the score. These indicate whether there are three, four or five ampules reacting. Since there may only be one or two ampules reacting in some cases, you may still need to test all ampules to determine the exact score. This is not critical, however, since a single ampule (a score of #x1) indicates an optimal level of intersystem integration (often referred to as an optimal immune stress score) while two ampules still indicates a high degree of internal regulation (or a low immune stress level). In other words these are both scores which are relatively good and of little concern to the tester. Similarly, the short-cut ampules will not indicate the occasional presence of six or more ampules reacting. Since five or more ampules reacting indicates an extremely low level of systemic integration (extremely high immune stress). A good analogy for understanding this score is to imagine trying to do a number of different tasks at one time. If you are only attending to one or perhaps two things, your stress level will be quite tolerable. If you are attempting to juggle 5 or more items simultaneously, you will no doubt be much less effective and composed. The body works energetically in much the same way.

Specific organ location(s) of a given score can be determined by filtering techniques as taught in advanced level training courses. The ampule showing a stress reaction is left in the circuit, and an ampule for localization is added. A return to the fundamental measurement (score of 100, or a strong muscle response) indicates a relationship between that bio-score and that location in the body.

The Ideal BSI is found by retesting the BSI with the Cuprum D400 ampule in the circuit. The change in the BSI provides a measure of regulation. Regulation can exist in five different states, listed here in order of increasing degree of dysregulation:

Negative and mixed regulation are typically the most symptomatic as many stimuli will produce an increase in tissue stress and/or toxicity, resulting in the potential for aggravation reactions even to well selected, indicated and enegetically effective and tolerated remedies. Until the individual's characteristic symptom-level responses to remedies are better known, it is wise to begin at low dosages and build up gradually to tolerance. Even though blocked regulation is the worst state of energetic regulatory health, it is often the least symptomatic. It also tends to be the least responsive, or slowest to respond to well designed protocols. In many cases, especially in older individuals who may have been embedded in a state of blocked regulation for some time, it may take many months to begin to dislodge this regulatory status and regain former degrees of freedom.

Especially for beginning practitioners, it is recommended that any therapy recommendations not exceed (i.e. bring the score lower than) the Ideal BSI. Therefore, this is a very useful check on the remedy program to control the rate of detoxification to that which is energetically compatible with a minimum level of stress throughout the healing process.
