:Truth:

Until 1996, I believed I was required to pay state and federal income taxes. In 1996, I faced a financial crisis in which it looked like end of the year taxes were going to force me over the financial edge. I was already at my limit for credit, so there would have been nowhere to borrow the money I would have needed to pay the taxes that my accountant predicted I would owe. When I looked into the options afforded under the laws of the land, for how I could restructure my life to avoid this looming disaster and continue ministering to people's real health needs, I learned that all along I had been making a 100% voluntary donation to an entity that everyone knows is evil. Of course, everyone is justifiably afraid that if they don't voluntarily tithe protection money to the beast, the beast will illegally seize whatever it can get its agents' hands on. So, I chose to give up ownership of everything, so there would be nothing of mine that could feed such an evil monster. That turned out to be one of the most freeing acts of my life, like a great weight lifted off me. I much prefer being free to do my healing ministry and live my life as a spiritual man dedicated to doing God's work and God's will alone. Giving up ownership legally, helped me realize that we really can't own anything anyway. Everything that is real and good and true is a gift from God, in each moment.

Themes:

The further we get from God, the worse things get. The 20th Century saw more death and destruction from the atom bomb to the mother's womb, but God is always ready to forgive, especially those most in need of His Mercy. As I shift my focus once again from healing the body to the study, and healing, of our legal system, I feel a little like I am being asked to do the whole class' homework, yet what God shows me in my studies continues to open my mind to His Way, Truth and Life. We may live in the most lawyered, policed, militant, emprisoned age and Nation in the history of the world with over 35 million laws you must obey...with no excuse for ignorance. Now, I have spent some time looking into the law, of necessity just to be able to keep offering the rare kind of healing ministry God has given me.

Did you know that over 2 million Americans are incarcerated today? Did you know that this is worse than Russia? Worse than China? 15 x the rate in Japan? We have 10 times more lawyers than the rest of the world combined. Are we more lawful because of it, or just more letigious? Are we livelier, freer, or happier? Aren't those the reason some of our Ancestors fought to form a Republic? Those are the values I strive to help others achieve.

What is the essence of what is happening here today? You 12 men and women are charged by a legal fiction authority with being my thought police. You are also charged by another legal fiction, called the Constitution, with the supreme responsibility in judging the Law itself. You must ask yourself, if harm is being done, by what or whom? What action can you make that will send the right message to stop the wrongs and correct them before more are injured?

Do you go out of your way to avoid the criminal element in our society? I do, too, wherever I find it, and I find that it is pretty much rampant most everywhere including the professions, corporations and government. If I have committed a crime, then it is the failure to do enough to stop and correct the wrongs, which we are all responsible to do, not just because there is a Federal penalty of 5 years in prison, but because we love God and want to go so far as to give our life to help our neighbor, even if we are enemies.

We now have military stationed in 135 countries(?). We have taken over more than 60 countries by outright invasion or covert coup, and that list could include our own country. None of those has ever become a democracy, and we have become less of a republic, as in "the Republic for which it stands."

Now, I could be wrong on some of the conclusions I have come to in my research. I stand always ready to accept the Truth, however uncomfortable.

Stop & Correct the Wrongs:

There's something diabolically wrong with the world's system of laws, justice, taxation, and money. Unless we understand the history of law (Part 2) we are doomed to continue our downward spiral until God's dominant hand of Mercy can no longer hold back God's left hand of Justice. Putting a good man who is doing God's Will in prison won't help anyone but those who make money from a corrupt system. Sadly, the prison industry is a major growth industry in America. The Jury has the power and the duty by Federal law to stop and correct the wrongs.

America spends _____ million man-hours per year on income tax calculation. This is grossly inefficient and completely redundant since the fraudulent fiat ‘money’ system also taxes simply by printing money. It merely serves to keep people from finding out who they really are and how to claim their birth-right: Freedom. The money system could be fully corrected in two years by going off the deceptive and fraudulant _____ and back to the Lawful definition of the Dollar.

In jail I saw how crime gets organized and and criminals get trained by the acts of the government of the US and its subsidiary corporations: part of the biggest crime syndicate in the history of the world, as a ONE WORLD [DIS]ORDER. Men organizing to distribute ice agreed that people would not buy ice if the sacramental plant and spiritual food Cannabis was not suppressed. The highest rate of ice addiction in America is on Hawaii Island, which is also the center of GREEN HARVEST, stealing billions of dollars worth of Cannabis each year from the men and women of the Island.

Stop and correct the wrong: fictitious-conveyance of the language for the tort of the freedoms and energies. We have no money and we have no rights.

A Man of Faith: Conversions, Vows of Holiness, Poverty:

Forma-Pauperis: I gave up life and health insurance for myself in New York in about 1985. I gave up accepting insurance when I left New York to study Naturopathic Medicine at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I was also on staff. I accepted insurances for a time in Hawaii of necessity for myself and my loved ones to survive economically, as well as to help those reliant on Medicaid or Medicare for basic vision care needs. I gave up acceptance of insurance in Hawaii at end of 2002 . Gave up license at end of 2003 after getting license as Citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven. People donate in kindness, or silver or gold. For the Law of the Word is: All the silver and all the gold is mine saith the Lord God of Hosts. I have made one pair of glasses for myself in the past 20 years. Almost all my clothes are second hand. On a typical day I see one to two patrons and spend most of my time devoted to writing and research with no compensation except the greatest: the joy of helping others, and storing up riches in Heaven.

I exercise my Constitutional 5th Amendment right and contractual obligation to remain silent and private. Since this temple of my Lord has been injured and Iam no longer secure in my flesh and blood through trespass on my duly filed security agreement, it is my duty to speak in order to stop and correct the wrongs.

I can’t “serve time” because I serve God, and he is a jealous God, so I cannot serve two masters. Ideas: God says resist not evil, so my tradename cannot enter a plea of innocent to resist the charges. It can enter a plea of no contest (with the lack of any contest).

I can’t believe that private legal fiction (check: copyright of the law) without Our Lord is with any matter in the Truth. I believe in any law that is made as a covenant between me and the lawgiver of the Truth. There are 4 layers of the law in the Truth I can conceive:

Natural-Law for all Creation by Our Father: God: Creator,
(positive-law with enforcement: built-in, can be suspended by the Creator: e.g. let go of a pencil)

New-Covenant for all Men and Women by the Christ: Jesus: Redeemer,
(positive-law of the Love of Our God and fellow-man: cannot love God without loving Man)

Law for the One-Holy-Catholic-Apostolic-Church by the Covering of the Holy-Ghost: Sanctifier, (only-lawful-corporation of One Body with the formation and authorization by our Lord: “whatever you bind on Earth shall be bound in Heaven; whatever you loose on Earth shall be loosed in Heaven.”)

If I was in contract with Satan, I would probably be making lots of money. Classmates with lower GPA's than me are lawyers, judges, Presidents of large corporations, surgeons and the like (not to say that they are all in league with evil). I got 800 on my Math SAT and 740 Verbal. I graduated near the top of my class in high school, Dartmouth College (Magna Cum Laude) and professional school (Doctorate with numerous honors; international president of the student association in my field, first in my field as a finalist for a Luce Fellowship). I say this not out of pride, but appreciation for God as the source of all that is good, and for the healing work he brought me through two Men: my Father, who gives me my family name, and our family doctor, who gives me my Christian name. My father's work with vision development and helping the blind to see, helped me become an A student after being a C student through 2nd Grade. Our family doctors work with nutrition and energy medicine helped me survive childhood. Today, I am still alive only because I carry on and extend their work. I was supposed to have died of stroke at least 8 years ago according to epidemiological analysis of my BEV blood tests at about age 32. Every day and every year that I can extend my studies and healing ministry is a gift from God.

For the Co-Mingling of the Living and Dead-Entities in the Laws of the Dead-Entity: STATE OF HAWAII is with the Damage of the Living with the Call for the Separation and Judgment of the Dead-Entities by this Judge of the Court of the Truth of the Heavens. For the Command for the lack of the Commerce with the Necromancers is by the Order of Our Lord.

Reliance defense:

My father told me at that time he had practiced optometry for over 40 years and never paid sales tax. His professional tax advisors recommended that he not volunteer to collect and pay it, as the law did not clearly define him as one required to do so. (Get affidavit from him?)

Did I seek out professionals to support my comprehension of the Laws? Of course. If you have cancer, and you read the meta-analysis of all cancer studies (Ref.) that showed you would most likely live longer by avoiding standard medical and surgical care, would you seek out professional help from someone who believed that there are other ways you can heal cancer? …I bet most people would. And the more education people have, the more they believe in complementary methods of healing. Are the professions of Medicine and Law similar in this way? Every profession is similar in this way. We are talking in a court of statutory law. This is one kind of law, written by legislators (many lawyers: ____%) who are elected by we the people to serve us. The legislatures have served us with 35 million statutory laws. You don’t have to know them, and most are not taught even in Law School, but any subsidiary corporation or legal fiction formed and deriving its existence from the corporation making those laws, such as the STATE OF HAWAII must obey those rules. In reality, do you owe your existence to God and your parents? Of course. The STATE OF HAWAII has never given birth to a single baby boy or girl.

Let us all just follow all the Laws:

The Judge and the other lawyers have oaths to uphold the uS Constitution. The uS Constitution guarantees that the right to contract shall not be impaired in Article. The Trust is a contract. My Oaths with confidentiality clauses are also contracts. I cannot properly even talk to them about the proprietary aspects of my healing ministry unless I have good cause, permission and trust. It's hard to trust someone who you know is breaking their own laws and stealing freedoms and energies for their own gain. I can only trust in the Lord. He is a jealous God and says that I cannot serve two masters. I shall not worship strange gods. Now that I know the de facto government wants me to believe in their strange Religion and bow down and worship their strange gods, I cannot. I have never actually seen or heard of any evidence of the Reality of a STATE OF HAWAII in the Truth as a Noun, Matter or Fact. It is in fact, by definition a legal fiction. My Faith leads me, however difficult or inconvenient and whatever crosses or crucifixions I may have to bear, to believe only in that which is: Real, True as a Matter of the Facts as the Nouns with the Creation by My Lord: Jesus: Christ: Amen: Amen: Amen.

I am willing to give up all that I can if a fully informed jury orders me to: that is every thing except my God given, non-lienable rights of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. Imprisonment would work to take all three of these.

I grew up as a patriotic American boy in upstate New York, believing in the values of the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. My Swartwout family ancestry going back 350 years to one of the first 130 Dutch families in New Amsterdam includes a General Swartwout in the American Revolution and a Swartwout officer who gave his blue wool officer’s coat to Betsy Ross for the first stars of the American flag. (civil flag = vertical stripes, and blue stars) A patriot must follow the law of the land, e.g. FRCP: stop and correct a wrong.

Confidentiality clause in oath with the trust: cannot give out information about the trust without Trustee approval. I remember feeling the intense manna when touching Nelson Rockefeller’s limousine while he was governor of New York. At Dartmouth, I sometimes stayed in his old room at one of the honorary secret societies, and was like him, Director of Trails and Shelters for the Dartmouth Outing Club’s famous Cabin & Trails division. Do you know how many trusts the Rockefeller family has? That’s o.k. The Rockefellers may barely know, with over 5 acres of underground library just to secure the records. Its estimated by some researchers at over 800. When Nelson was before Congress to become Vice President after Nixon resigned, he was asked his net worth. He said he didn’t know. He was able at a later session to supply the estimate of 650 million. This was his personal worth, not that of any trusts with which he was somehow associated.

What is my personal net worth? Zero. I own no house, no car, no business. I do not have a license. I have not been able to qualify for a credit card in many years. I work because I love doing God’s work. Like God takes care of the birds of the field, I know I am loved and cared for by my Father, who art in Heaven. My family, friends and those I serve also give me tremendous support. Rev. Gaymond Apaka and his family help us maintain our yard as a love offering, for which I am eternally blessed and grateful for their support and companionship on this sojourn together to Heaven. My best friend feeds me, knowing that on my own, I can do nothing. I would waste away as I tend to do when she is away. Neither of us were ‘supposed’ to survive our health challenges, according to statisticians. Fortunately, as Einstein said, “God does not play dice with the universe.” God has a purpose for each one of us. He loves us. He is always ready to forgive us, if we just come to Him with contrition.

What was the estimated net value I granted into trust in 1996? The biggest single item in my estimation at the time was stock in a company that I had co-founded for patented lenses shown to reduce the stress of what is now called Computer Vision Syndrome. At a value based on the amount of stock being given to new investors at that time, it was potentially over a million dollars in value, from an initial capital investment of $5,000, which I borrowed from a bank since I had just returned from doing research at the Optometric Center of Tokyo and was starting a new practice with my Father in New York as clinical director of Learning Abilities Associates, a multidisciplinary center for healing learning disabilities and related health issues. Since that company folded, unable to effectively penetrate the market dominated by huge ophthalmic lens corporations, that stock is now worth zero dollars.
I remember learning that J. Paul Getty, then the wealthiest man in America alternately paid $500 or $0 in income tax.

Being a magna cum laude graduate of Dartmouth, I could have gone to Medical school if I was motivated primarily by money, but I knew that my father’s work could bring light to the mind, and that it would be easier to integrate nutritional practices like those of Dr. Martin, our family doctor after whom I am named, in optometry, where my father was already highly respected. When A.M. Skeffington, trained as a minister before he became and optometrist, retired as Director of Education with the Optometric Extension Program Foundation, my father was selected to take his place.
I frequently go through healing crises, which I must manage with European Biological Medicine and careful dietary and lifestyle management. For example, last year I spent over a month straight in bed with a fever sometimes over 105 degrees. I cannot tolerate prescription or over the counter drugs, which kill over 100,000 Americans each year, who apparently found out they do not tolerate them either.

Seek out the earliest possible version of the statutes. What year was Gross Income taxed in Hawaii?

Look up misprison of felony and tabulate how many politicians might be guilty since March of 1993 when James Trafficant addressed the UN/US Congress that they were running a bankrupted institution.
