Treatment:

Sitz bath: very hot for 3-5 min. followed by dash of cold water over hips to prevent pain and hemorrhage

Use Yarrow in sitz bath up to waist level, 2 cups dry flowers per bath, 3 times a week for 6 weeks.

Eating principles:
