Energessence is a 4 ounce energetic solution for the stimulation and normalization of circulation, tissue oxygenation and lymphatic drainage. It is typically taken 1/2 teaspoon (1 capful) twice a day under the tongue on an empty stomach. At this dosage, a bottle lasts about a month.
