seclorum nascitur ordo" in the fifth line of his classic Eclogue
IV. It can be translated as:

The phrase is part of a prophecy
for the fate of the Roman empire inspired by the secret Sibyline books:

last age by Cumae's Sibyl song has come and gone,

the Iron age shall cease, the Golden race arise. . .
and shall free the earth from never-ceasing fear."
Thomson coined the motto "Novus
ordo seclorum" which can be translated as:
According to Thomson:
President Franklin Delano Roosevelt
put both sides of the Great Seal on the back of the one-dollar bill
in 1935. A letter from then Secretary of Agriculture (and later Vice
President) Henry A. Wallace on February 6, 1951 recalls:

"In 1934
when I was Sec. of Agriculture I was waiting in the outer office
of Secretary [of State Cordell] Hull and as I waited I amused
myself by picking up a State Department publication which was
on a stand there entitled, 'The History of the Seal of the United
States.' Turning to page 53 I noted the colored reproduction of
the reverse side of the Seal. The Latin phrase Novus Ordo Seclorum
impressed me as meaning the New Deal of the Ages. Therefore I
took the publication to President Roosevelt and suggested a coin
be put out with the obverse and reverse sides of the Seal. Roosevelt
as he looked at the colored reproduction of the Seal was first
struck with the representation of the 'All Seeing Eye,' a Masonic
representation of The Great Architect of the Universe. Next he
was impressed with the idea that the foundation for the new order
of the ages had been laid in 1776 but that it would be completed
only under the eye of the Great Architect. Roosevelt like myself
was a 32nd degree Mason. He suggested that the Seal be put on
the dollar bill rather than a coin and took the matter up with
the Secretary of the Treasury. When the first draft came back
from the Treasury the obverse side was on the left of the bill
as is heraldic practice. Roosevelt insisted that the order
be reversed so that the phrase 'of the United States'
would be under the obverse side of the Seal."
Wallace added in a 1955 letter
to Secretary of the Treasury George M. Humphrey:

"I was
struck by the fact that the reverse side of the Great Seal had
never been used. I called it to Roosevelt's attention. He brought
it up in Cabinet meeting and asked James Farley [Postmaster General
and a Roman Catholic] if he thought the Catholics would have any
objection to the 'All Seeing Eye' which he as a Mason
looked on as a Masonic symbol of Deity. Farley said 'no,
there would be no objection.'"
Winston Churchill concludes that
Roosevelt "altered decisively and permanently, the social axis,
the moral axis, of mankind by involving the New World inexorably and
irrevocably in the fortunes with the Old." F.D.R. was the 13th
incumbent President, and he served 4 (13 and 4 are
both numerologically a 4, the symbol of building or masonry, like
a square stone building block) terms of 4 years each
in office. F.D.R. died in 1945, the same year WWII ended, the atomic
age exploded atop the pyramid of history and the United
Nations began by concluding "World Peace" at the end
of the second "War to end all Wars."
The pyramid of the Great Seal
of the United States has always been shown with 13 layers, although
this is not specified in its design. Similarly, there are 13 olives,
13 olive leaves, 13 arrows and 13 stars (arranged in a hexagram, which
is also not specified in the design), just as there were 13 original
colonies. The bottom layer of the pyramid bears the mark MDCCLXXVI
(1776 in Roman numerals; note that the spirit of
'76 is a 13 and that of July 4 is
a 13). Masons are the builders, building with stone.
If the bottom layer of the pyramid is begun in 1776 and each layer
takes 13 years to complete, the 13 layers built in
the age represented by the stone are complete in 1945.

In 1963 the Roman Catholic Church,
at the request of the New World in the person of
America's first Roman Catholic President, John F.
Kennedy, and on November 28th, 1971 instituted the first break in
nearly 2,000 years of gradual changes by accretion to the traditions
of the mass, with the vernacular "Novus Ordo Missae" in
the Roman Catholic Church which translates as the New Order of the
Mass.
The Serpent promised Adam and
Eve that their eye would "be opened" if they ate of the
fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. In Hebrew eye can
be translated "knowledge." Opened can be translated "broadened."
Thus the Serpent promised Adam and Eve that their knowledge would
be broadened (for their interior vision to be distracted from God
by things of this world) if they ate of the forbidden fruit. The Hebrew
word for "eye" is singular. The "eye" of this
Scripture is not the physical organs (plural) of sight, but the eye
of the mind or the soul, the pineal. This singular eye is the "third
eye" of clairvoyance for the Hindu, the eye of Osiris, the Creator,
in Egypt, and the All-Seeing Eye in Freemasonry. (John
Daniel, Scarlet and the Beast, Vol. III, pp. 6-7) To the Greeks,
the Sun is the Eye of Jupiter, the Eye of the world.
