In fact, modern American State make every effort to regulate and control all 501C-3 Churches and suppress all others. In China, the underground Catholic Church is suppressed, while the state communist regulated, infiltrated and controled Church is recognized by Peking and Rome. In Russia all churches are now allowed to build and repair with only one exception: the Catholic Church. Yet, the Vatican keeps to its bargain with the devil: the Moscow-Vatican Treaty by which the Church agrees to be silent about the abuses of Communist States.

Communism:

The phrase "separation of church and state" surprisingly to most Americans appears nowhere in the American Constitution. Equally surprising is the fact that it was in fact used in the constitution of the Soviet Union. The fact that this phrase has been effectively inserted into the consciousness of the American sheople is further evidence that Communism has not fallen, but triumphed. The fall of the Berlin wall and the breakup of the Soviet Union, long planned in advance, as revealed many years in advance by high level defectors, was made timely by the lack of philosophical, economic and moral distinction between the cultures on the east and west side of the iron curtain. The curtain falls and the stage is set for one world order...an order of communism, socialism and state-regulated-capitalism, all of which are well-entrenched and getting stronger by the day.

The ten planks of the Communist Manifesto are:

1. Abolition of private property and the application of all rent to public purpose.

"Above all, it (this new social order) will have to take the control of industry and of all branches of production out of the hands of mutually competing individuals, and instead institute a system in which all these branches of production are operated by society as a whole -- that is, for the common account, according to a common plan, and with the participation of all members of society. It will, in other words, abolish competition and replace it with association. Moreover, since the management of industry by individuals necessarily implies private property, and since competition is in reality merely the manner and form in which the control of industry by private property owners expresses itself, it follows that private property cannot be separated from competition and the individual management of industry. Private property must, therefore, be abolished and in its place must come the common utilization of all instruments of production and the distribution of all products according to common agreement -- in a word, what is called the communal ownership of goods. Big Brother is winning the Drug War against its people. If the American bureaucracy continues to increase its seizure (theft) and asset forfeiture activity at the current rate, there will be no private property in America by about the year 2012, and if the rate of expatriation continues to increase at the present rate, there will also be no American people by about the year 2012.

Federally owned lands are leased by the Bureau of Land Management for grazing, mining, timber usages, the fees being paid into the U.S. Treasury. In Hawai'i the best of the lands set aside by the de facto government as "Hawaiian Homelands" are rented out for airports, sea ports, Wal-Mart and the like, with proceeds going to the state and never benefiting the Hawaiian sovereigns. Many Hawaiians have died while still waiting for a little plot of land to build a house on, thinking that the promise of a homeland by the bureaucracy was meaningful or sincere. In fact, the contract is meaningless, as is confirmed in practice, by the fact that it is written in verbal language. There is in fact no subject matter. This applies to all laws, treaties, trusts and contracts written before the certification of the language procedures necessary for communication and contracting in the truth. While the truth is now known and can be quantified and certified mathematically in all languages, the fiction-system must be educated for the correction of the wrongs and errors.

The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (1868), zoning (ruled constitutional by the Supreme Court in 1921), school (free public schooling was started by those in the church, then coopted by the state) and property taxes make us surfs on the King's land. Try stopping any property tax payments on "your" land and see how long it takes for the de facto owners to bring in a new renter. So, do stop paying property tax, but sell your real estate first or give it to your church.

The government now pays finders fees to informants when they steal private property, even though in 80% of cases no charges are ever filed. If you did that, it would be immoral and a crime for both parties involved. For the government, its just good business practice. Police departments and other law 'enforcement' agencies actually budget and rely on meeting quotas for such thefts. The top law enforcement official in the nation is on record encouraging the meeting of such quotas set in the budget. And since niether evidence, proof nor conviction in a court are essential or even routine, any target amount can be achieved, even if there were to be no crimes committed. When the government pays for rumor and inuendo, gossipers will profit and multiply. Where has morality gone?

2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

Corporate Tax Act of 1909 was a beginning. Since then, the bankers have forcefully applied misapplication and deception (fraud) using the allegedly (but not in fact) ratified 16th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (1913) and The Revenue Act of 1913, section 2, Income Tax.

The Social(ist) (in)Security Act of 1936.; Joint House Resolution 192 of 1933; and various State "income" taxes came into play during the great depression. In the law establishing a government SS number for tracking your socialist insecurity account, it specifically prohibits this number for being used to identify you. So much for the meaning of what you think the words mean in law...

3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.

We call it Federal & State Estate Tax (1916) or reformed Probate Laws, and limited inheritance via arbitrary inheritance tax statutes.

4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels

We call it government seizures, tax liens, Public "law" 99-570 (1986); Executive order 11490, sections 1205, 2002 which gives private land to the Department of Urban Development; the imprisonment of "terrorists" and those who speak out or write against the "government" (1997 Crime/Terrorist Bill); or the IRS confiscation of property without due process.

5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly.

Hidden in the center of the list is the heart of the communist plot born and bread by the bankers. We call it the Federal Reserve which is a credit/debt system nationally organized by the Federal Reserve act of 1913, orchestrated by, among several other conspiritor-perpetrator-owners, the Bush family, the same family that helped fund the Nazis during WWII and recently got bailed out by the Bin Laden family. All local banks are members of the Fed system, and are regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). This private bank has an exclusive monopoly in money creation which in reality has ended the need for revenue from taxes. So why do they tax? To keep you too busy to figure it all out (working for them through May each year) and controlled by offering refunds and deductions for things like getting your baby numbered with the mark of the beast. The Beast, by the way, is the name of the supercomputer in Belgium that stores all the code numbers like product bar codes. The number of the beast is 666, which is why all bar codes have a 6 at the begining, middle and end. Just take a look and prove it to yourself.

6. Centralization of the means of communication and transportation in the hands of the State.

"Concentration of all means of transportation in the hands of the nation. on private property has been launched, the proletariat will find itself forced to go ever further, to concentrate increasingly in the hands of the state all capital, all agriculture, all transport, all trade."

We know this plank of communism by names like the Air Commerce Act of 1926, Federal Radio Commission (1927), Federal Communications Commission (FCC, 1934) the Commissions Act of 1934, the Civil Aeronautics Act of 1938, and the Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated through the ICC act of 1887, The Interstate Commerce Commission established in 1938, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and Executive orders 11490, 10999, as well as State mandated driver's licenses and Department of Transportation regulations. There is also the postal monopoly, Amtrak and Conrail.

Also relevant here are the Federal Aviation Agency (1958) which became part of the Department of Transportation in 1966; Federal Highway Act of 1916 (federal funds made available to States for highway construction); Interstate Highway System, 1944 (funding began 1956); Interstate Commerce Commission given authority by Congress to regulate trucking and carriers on inland waterways, 1935-40; Department of Transportation, 1966. We also see increasing federal leverage and control of the airlines and air travel, especially following the bailouts resulting from the 9/11/2001 conspiracy. All commercial airports in the world are part Federal one-world-order territory.

7. Extention of factories and instruments of production owned by the State, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.

(ix) Construction, on public lands, of great palaces as communal dwellings for associated groups of citizens engaged in both industry and agriculture and combining in their way of life the advantages of urban and rural conditions while avoiding the one-sidedness and drawbacks of each. The management of agriculture and industry by the same people rather than by two different classes of people is, if only for purely material reasons, a necessary condition of communist association."

This is the Department of Agriculture, 1862; Agriculture Adjustment Act of 1933 (farmers receive government aid if and only if they relinquish control of farming activities), Tennessee Valley Authority, 1933 with the Hoover Dam completed in 1936. We also see it as corporate capacity, the Desert Entry Act and the Department of Agriculture as well as the Department of Commerce and Labor, Department of Interior, the Evironmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Mines, National Park Service, and the IRS control of business through corporate regulations. How many business decisions are based on efficiency or quality of service versus manipulated by tax implications. Tax rules, forms and codes (never enacted as law) are constantly changed and 'simplified' so no-one ever gets a handle on what they even mean. Mental confusion and the chains of usery prevent the economic slave from discovering the path to freedom. Further, the effects of vaccination, refined food and public education prevent the development of thinking and volition that could guide the slave along that path.

8. Equal liablity of all to labor. Establishment of Industrial armies, especially for agriculture.

We call this the Social(ist) (in)Security Administration and the Department of Labor. The National debt and inflation caused by the privately owned and never audited communal bank has caused the need for a two "income" family. Woman in the workplace since the 1920's, the 19th amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, assorted Socialist Unions, affirmative action, the Federal Public Works Program and Executive order 11000. Also, the Equal Rights Amendment means that women should do all work that men do including the military and since passage it would make women subject to the draft.

The first labor unions, known as federations, appeared in 1820, with the National Labor Union established in 1866 and the American Federation of Labor established in 1886. The Interstate Commerce Act of 1887 placed railways under federal regulation. Department of Labor, 1913. Labor-management negotiations sanctioned under Railway Labor Act of 1926. Civil Works Administration, 1933. National Labor Relations Act of 1935, stated purpose to free inter-state commerce from disruptive strikes by eliminating the cause of the strike. Works Progress Administration 1935. Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, mandated 40-hour work week and time-and-a-half for overtime, set "minimum wage" scale. Civil Rights Act of 1964, effectively the equal liability of all to labor.

9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the population over the country.

We call this the Planning Reorganization act of 1949 , zoning (Title 17 1910-1990) and Super Corporate Farms, as well as Executive orders 11647, 11731 (ten regions) and Public "law" 89-136. Food processing companies, with the co-operation of the Farmers Home Administration foreclosures, are buying up farms and creating "conglomerates" to make food devoid of nutrients including m-state minerals that feed the mind/spirit body.

10. Free education for all children in government schools.

Child labor in sweat shops replaced by prisons for children (public schools) that train for corporate/government jobs (job = "just over broke"). People are being taxed to support what we call 'public' schools, which train the young to work for the communal debt system. Gradual shift from private education to publicly funded began in the Northern States, early 1800�s. 1887: federal money (unconstitutionally) began funding specialized education. Smith-Lever Act of 1914, vocational education; Smith-Hughes Act of 1917 and other relief acts of the 1930�s. Federal school lunch program of 1935; National School Lunch Act of 1946. National Defense Education Act of 1958, a reaction to Russia�s Sputnik satellite demonstration, provided grants to education�s specialties. Federal school aid law passed, 1965, greatly enlarged federal role in education, "head-start" programs, textbooks, library books. We also see it as the Department of Education, the NEA and Outcome Based "Education".

Guess who contracted for the development of communism and financed the Russian revolution? The bankers in London and New York. Before the revolution, Lenin worked in London as a writer for the controlled media. The contract for the revolution was a means to expand the bankers market for usery into Russia, where the Tsar steadfastly refused to borrow money from the money lenders. Russia maintained its own gold reserves and thereby its sovereignty. In order to get the contract for the takeover of Russia, the communists had to agree to remove the article from the Russian language. This little change further prevented the Russian people from figuring out how to contract and become free of the economic slavery of the banker's control.

Republic:

The closest stance today to the founders of the "American Experiment" as it is called by its Europen owners may be Libertarianism. America was founded as a Republic, which today has little to do with the so called Republican Party.

Democracy:

Democracy means institutionalized tyrany by the majority, or mob rule. It has nothing to do with how America was founded, and little to do with how it actually operates, unless we take the definition of the mob as the organized crime syndicate: then it becomes quite accurate. Voting scams are the rule in America today. Winners of important races are selected ahead of time and when the numbers fail to support them, they simply use their mob-family powers to enforce a coup.

The term democracy is mostly a camouflage for control and manipulation behind the scenes by the owners of the financial and energy systems that feed off the work of the mob.

Distributism:

The only real alternative to the insanity of the world is a system that has been in this world a long time, but is not of it. It is called Distributism, and you will not learn much about it in the public schools. Distributism is best known in the form of the Guild system of the middle ages. Distributism is communal, but not communist. The community of any profession sets a fair fee structure and all charge the same fee. The public selects based on the unique quality of each professional's service. Those who provide a superior service thrive, rather than those who can effectively con the public into buying an inferior service at the lowest price. The successful professional then becomes the source of education through Apprenticeship, both because of the need for semi-skilled labor to meet the demand from the public as well as the desire of those entering the profession to be trained by the most skillful and successful in the field.
