Purpose-Statement:

A School for the Evolutionary Activist

1) To Awaken and prepare ourselves for a conscious evolutionary future which necessitatesthat each one of us choose to live in fill recognition of our own power and beauty.

2) To explore the 90% of our human capacity which has lain dormant (ie., the unutilized portions of our brain, DNA, and chakra system) in order to expand our perceptions beyondour current limitations.

3) To live healthy, vital lives which motivate and awaken others to their true natures and purposes.

4) To discover and create avenues of connecting/linking beings together that are light, playful, honest, and harmonious.

5) To use the energy of the group to expand the awareness and consciousness of each individual in the group.

6) To uncover truth through the practice of honestly interacting with oneself and others in order to remove the barriers to perceiving reality.

7) To develop arts and technologies which hasten the development and expansion of others.

8) To recognize and activate our individual and collective purposes by opening up the messages in our DNA and heeding what we discover.

9) To open up and utilize all of our gifts and powers to initiate creative and balanced solutions to political, economic and environmental injustice.

10) To master and practice the Art of Peace: To create a blueprint for this planet to live collectively free of bigotry, fear, polarized us-them thinking, hatred and violence.

11) To create communities that reflect these goals and act as a beacon for all who wish to find their way into the future.

Naka-Ima: The ever present moment from which life energy manifests

Naka-Ima Philosophy

We are evolving. Of this there is no doubt. It is the nature of the observable universe to evolve into evermore conscious self aware states. The abundance of evidence supporting this theory is immense and there have been those from all the disciplines and all cultures who have written extensively on this subject.

Consciousness is currently moving toward integration, vastness, interconnection. As it grows mental barriers are being hurdled in all directions. We are collectively diminishing that which separates us as our imaginations extend and extend and wash away time and space. Socially we are reaching beyond barriers of race, class, religion, ethnicity, gender, and sexuality. As our minds extend and become less material these distinctions lose their separating influence and become simply marks of uniqueness.

Existentially we are crossing the lines between life and death as more of us have experiences of 'visiting' the later then returning to the former, or 'speaking' with those who have gone, or recalling our previous incarnations. We are no longer bound to change through the tedious physical acquiring of traits to be passed on through the meeting of the egg and the sperm. Rather we are able to press out the edges of our thoughts, activate them through communications, give birth to new paradigms which seed the collective mind field and thus become available to others for the taking.

We have reached a stage in evolution which necessitates individual participation through the conscious choice to grow and evolve. This is the new frontier in which we must engage in order to unite humanity so that we can successfully pass through the barriers to our future ie., environmental ruin and nuclear destruction.

If we are to overcome the forces which could destroy us--all tendencies to separation such as bigotry, prejudice, nationalism, fear--then it is necessary to explore and promote all avenues which lead toward unity. This begins with each individual honestly and courageously facing the seeds of these collective divisions inside oneself.

Nothing can prepare us more fully for a harmonious future then the activity of unraveling the emotional and ideological patterns which make up our own psyches. This is radical activity in the truest sense: Of or from the roots; going to the center, foundation or source of something. When we fully unwind that within us which causes internal separation from ourselves then the full beauty and vastness of the undivided self can manifest and produce a collective harmony which is true.

Course Assumptions

We are evolving.

There are subtler realities enfolded within this material dimension.

Our ability to perceive these realities is an evolutionary attribute.

The keys to unlock the mystery of ourselves exist within each of us.

It is our task to 'clean up' inside so that we might locate these keys.

The most direct way to accomplish this is through an honest and accepting accounting of ourselves.

Working together in groups hastens our unraveling.

Attuning ourselves to other dimensions assists us in lessening our densities.

Decreasing our density assists us in attuning ourselves to other dimensions.

This type of work has the potential to contribute in a major way to the evolution of our planet.

We are here to enjoy ourselves.
