Free Introductions to Naka-Ima: If you would like to find out more about Naka-Ima, you are invited to attend one of our free Intro to Naka-Ima sessions, which are held regularly in Eugene and Portland, Oregon, Nelson, B.C. and Hilo, Hawai'i. At an Intro (which lasts around 2 hours), we will describe what happens at Naka-Ima, give people who have done Naka-Ima a chance to share about their experience and results, answer your questions, and do some exercises that will give you an opportunity to get a sense of what Naka-Ima is like. We will not pressure you to sign up. We will graciously offer the opportunity for those ready to register for an upcoming workshop.
